Highlights 2025 – Outlook 2026

In 2025, Maker Faire Hannover was a resounding success, attracting 230 international exhibitors, 19,000 visitors — 35% of them students and pupils — and official patronage from the Federal Ministry of Education and Research. In 2026, we’re building on that success — and with your participation, we aim to make it even bigger and better.

An event that inspires

Maker Faire Hannover is the largest of its kind in the German-speaking countries – featuring a growing international community, diverse exhibitors, and a shared passion for progress. It offers a true festival atmosphere, countless ideas, a genuine hands-on spirit, friendly interactions, and personal support. We call it “The Greatest Show (& Tell) on Earth” – because Maker Faire is, at the same time, a science fair, a kind of funfair, and something entirely new.
