The low cost and 3d printable OpenScan devices are capable of achieving 0.03mm 3d scan accuracy. The devices are based on the Raspberry Pi and thus can be modified to individual needs. Since the inception of the project in 2018, the OpenScan community has been growing steadily and the scanners are now present in over 70 countries.
