\n\tWo findet die Maker Faire Hannover statt? \/ Where does the Maker Faire Hannover take place?<\/div>\n
\n

Die Maker Faire Hannover findet vom 15.-16. August im Hannover Congress Centrum<\/a> mit angrenzendem Stadtpark statt. Wir belegen alle drei Hallen (Niedersachsenhalle, Glashalle, Eilenriedehalle), den Au\u00dfenbereich (Innenhof + Parkseite bis zum Wasserbecken) sowie im Obergeschoss den Future Meeting Space (Wissenshub\/Vortragsforum). Gesamt kommen wir in diesem Jahr auf rund 220 St\u00e4nde. Hier geht es zum Gel\u00e4ndeplan<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Maker Faire Hannover will take place on August 15\u201316 at the Hannover Congress Centrum and the adjacent city park. We occupy all three halls (Niedersachsenhalle, Glashalle, Eilenriedehalle), the outdoor area (inner courtyard + park side up to the water basin) and the Future Meeting Space (lecture forum) on the upper floor. \n\tWas bedeutet Community-Event? \/ What does community event mean?<\/div>\n

Die Maker Faire ist vor allem eine Veranstaltung f\u00fcr die (internationale) Maker-Community und der (handwerklichen) YouTube-Szene. Wir bieten der Community eine kostenfreie Plattform f\u00fcr die Pr\u00e4sentation von Projekten und zum Netzwerken an und f\u00f6rdern zeitgleich die MINT-Bildung und den Wissensaustausch. Der Anteil der privaten Aussteller liegt bei rund 70%. Dazu z\u00e4hlen auch die vielen Makerspaces, Hochschulen und gemeinn\u00fctzigen Einrichtungen. Finanziert wird die Veranstaltung durch Eintrittsgelder, in erster Linie aber durch unsere Partner.<\/a> Sie leisten einen wichtigen Community-Zuschuss. Vielen Dank!<\/span><\/p>\n

The Maker Faire is primarily an event for the (international) maker community and the (craft) YouTube scene. We offer the community a free platform for the presentation of projects and for networking, while at the same time promoting STEM education and the exchange of knowledge. The proportion of private exhibitors is around 70%. This also includes the many makerspaces, universities and non-profit organizations. Ma\u00dfe, eine Ausstellerliste mit Informationen zu eurer Standfl\u00e4che, ein Bestellformular f\u00fcr St\u00fchle, Tische, Strom und LAN. Exhibitor Services Area<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the password-protected service area, you\u2019ll find all the information you need to prepare for your participation as an exhibitor: the Maker Manual, the Technical Guidelines, the House Rules, the hall layout with marked booths (including dimensions), a list of exhibitors with details about your booth space, and an order form for chairs, tables, electricity, and LAN. An order form for your exhibitor badges and parking passes, as well as our logo and promotional materials for download.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Die nackte Standfl\u00e4che laut Hallenplan und Ausstellerliste. Wir haben versucht, eure W\u00fcnsche bestm\u00f6glich zu erf\u00fcllen. Einen Anspruch auf eine bestimmte Platzierung gibt es nicht. Wenn ihr St\u00fchle und Tische oder einen Stromanschluss ben\u00f6tigt, bitte \u00fcber den Servicebereich (Orders<\/a>) bestellen. Hier sind auch eure Ausstellerausweise zu bestellen. Bei eurer Registrierung vor Ort im Organisationsb\u00fcro erhaltet ihr ein Welcome Bag pro Stand, euer Standschild und das WLAN Passwort. Trenn- oder R\u00fcckw\u00e4nde f\u00fcr eure St\u00e4nde stellen wir nicht zur Verf\u00fcgung.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The bare booth space as shown on the hall layout and exhibitor list. We have done our best to accommodate your requests. There is no guarantee of a specific location. If you need chairs, tables, or an electrical outlet, please order them via the service area (Orders<\/a>). You can also order your exhibitor badges here. When you register on-site at the organizing office, you will receive one welcome bag per booth, your booth sign, and the Wi-Fi password. We do not provide partition walls or back panels for your booths.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n\tAusstellerausweise \/ Exhibitor passes<\/div>\n

Ausstellerausweise kosten 46,- EUR pro St\u00fcck. F\u00fcr Maker und Bildungseinrichtungen gibt es in einem gewissen Rahmen kostenfreie Ausweise – dies richtet sich nach der Standgr\u00f6\u00dfe (*). Individuell vereinbarte Partner-Pakete enthalten ggf. Ausstellerausweise. In dem Fall schreiben wir keine weitere Rechnung.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Alle ben\u00f6tigten Ausstellerausweise m\u00fcssen vorab \u00fcber den Servicebereich (Orders<\/a>) bestellt werden. Wenn ihr keine Ausstellerausweise bestellt, erhaltet ihr auch keine. Die Ausweise werden im Anschluss an eure Bestellung personalisiert zum Download zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt.<\/p>\n

Vor Ort erhaltet ihr bei der Registrierung im Organisationsb\u00fcro Maker Faire Lanyards mit Ausweish\u00fcllen, die ihr f\u00fcr eure selbst ausgedruckten Ausstellerausweise nutzen k\u00f6nnt.<\/p>\n

For each exhibitor pass, you will receive a festival wristband at the organizing office, which must be worn at all times during the event. This grants you access to the event during exhibitor hours, to the get-together on Friday evening, and to a special exhibitor catering area with free coffee and water.<\/p>\n

Important note: Exhibitor badges are reserved for booth staff. Exhibitor badges are not to be used to invite visitors!<\/p>\n

Exhibitor badges cost EUR 46,- each. Makers and educational institutions are eligible for a limited number of free badges – this depends on the size of your booth (*). Customized partner packages may include exhibitor badges. In that case, we will not issue a separate invoice.<\/p>\n

All required exhibitor badges must be ordered in advance through the Services section (Orders<\/a>) – you will not receive a badge automatically. Once you place your order, the personalized passes will be made available for download.<\/p>\n

On-site, when you register at the Maker Faire Organizing Office, you will receive lanyards with pass holders that you can use for your self-printed exhibitor passes.<\/p>\n

\n\tWerden die Hallen nach Themen sortiert sein? \/ Will the halls be organized by theme?<\/div>\n
\n

Nein, wir mischen die Hallen bunt. So wird es f\u00fcr Besucher spannend, von Stand zu Stand Neues zu entdecken. So erkunden sie das gesamte Veranstaltungsgel\u00e4nde und kommen bei nahezu jedem Aussteller vorbei und konzentrieren sich nicht nur auf den Bereich ihres eigentlichen Interesses. Die Besucher nennen es Vielfalt, wir \u00fcbergreifende Inspiration. Auch f\u00fcr euch Aussteller wird es nicht langweilig. Da wir keine Trennw\u00e4nde anbieten, lernt ihre eure Standnachbarn besser kennen und sammelt evtl. selbst neues Wissen. In der Vergangenheit sind auf dem Weg neue Projekte entstanden und es haben sich Freundschaften entwickelt.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

No, we mix up the halls to keep things interesting. This makes it exciting for visitors to discover something new at every booth. That way, they explore the entire event grounds, stop by nearly every exhibitor, and don\u2019t just focus on the area they\u2019re actually interested in. Visitors call it diversity; we call it cross-cutting inspiration. It won\u2019t be boring for you exhibitors either. Since we don\u2019t use partition walls, you\u2019ll get to know your booth neighbors better and may even gain new insights yourselves. In the past, new projects have emerged along the way, and friendships have developed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
